Great location, just a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and close to amenities like supermarkets and metro stations. The hotel was recently renovated and the rooms werenice and neat. The staff, from the receptionist to the manager, were all very helpful and friendly.
The room was a bit small, especially for families with young children.

This hotel is in a lovely area, just a short walk away from the metro station La Motte Piquet. The staff here are really sweet and helpful, always going out of their way to assist. The rooms are kept clean often, with the added bonus of a large bathroom. The bed takes up most of the bedroom, giving you plenty of space to relax and unwind. The hotel also offers free wifi, which is a great convenience for travelers.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

Exceptionally clean, modern, and tiny rooms. Perfect location in the 15th arr. with many restaurants and shops. Metro nearby for easy transportation. Highly recommend.

Our recent stay at Hotel 31 was fantastic! The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was super clean and the staff were pretty good too assist us when we had an issue with the safe. The hotel had a modern and clean ambiance, and the staff were kind and understanding. The room was always tidy and the location was perfect for exploring Paris. I highly recommend Hotel 31 for a pleasant stay in the city.
